Jasmin Open 2023 : Paolini goes into the fight, Mertens eager to defend.

Day 8 here in Monastir, during the second edition of WTA 250 Jasmin Open, where we can witness the shine of Italy’s and the tournament’s top seed Jasmine Paolini who has defeated Ukrainian Lesia TSURENKO 6-2 4-6 6-2 in almost 2 hours and a hald of a tough-show performance, to book her place in her fourth final of the season, confronting the defending champion and the tournament’s #2 seed, Elise MERTENS, who topples France’s Clara BUREL in straight sets 6-4 6-2 to draw the best final showdown anybody would think of between the two top seeds among the competition.
Although, a very promising match is awaiting for the fans tomorrow starting from 2 PM “Local time”, who made their presence obviously very effective, for today as well as for the whole week.
